Kinetic Blast Deadeye là build wander specializes in map clear speed. Build này không bị nerf trong 3.28 — Kinetic Blast of Clustering bị nerf, nhưng regular Kinetic Blast hoàn toàn untouched.

Core mechanic là projectiles với +2 từ Deadeye, +1 chain từ Gathering Winds, và Awakened Fork để cover toàn màn hình. Với Nimis (endgame), projectiles return từ Fledgling helmet cho cả clear và single target.

Gear Roadmap

Phase 1: League Start / Enter Maps (0-50 chaos)

Priority Order:

  1. Resistances: Cap all elemental resistances to 75%
  2. Life: Target 3500-4000 HP minimum
  3. Links: Get 4-5 link for main skill
  4. Weapon: Any wand with 2 of: flat phys/cold/fire damage, attack speed, crit

Wand Crafting (Budget):

  • Get wand with 2 good mods (flat damage + attack speed OR crit)
  • Craft the 3rd stat
  • Aim for: 1 flat damage mod (any element), attack speed, crit chance

Target Stats: 3500+ life, 75% all res, 300k-500k DPS

Phase 2: Early Maps (50 chaos - 2 divine)

Key Upgrades:

  1. 6-Link: Hybrid ES/Evasion chest — THIS IS YOUR DEFENSE. Don't skip.
  2. Wand: 2-mod wand + Multimod
    • Recomb T1 attack speed + T1 flat damage
    • Multimod: crit chance, spell damage, or another flat damage
  3. Shield: High spell damage + life — spell damage alone = 20%+ DPS boost

Wand Crafting (Early Maps):

  2. Fledgling — Map clear helmet (bad for bosses)
  3. Stygian Vise — Abyss socket for flat damage jewel
  4. Better abyss jewels — Flat damage is HUGE. 7% DPS per good jewel.

Shield Priority:

  • High spell damage (100%+)
  • Maximum life
  • Suffix: attack speed, resist, or block chance

Chest Priority:

  • Highest hybrid ES/Evasion you can afford
  • This gives most of your 1.5k ES
  • Grace aura for evasion

Target Stats: 5000+ life, 1.5k ES, 2-3M DPS, 100% spell suppress

Phase 4: Expensive Endgame (10-50 divine)

Priority Order (after Cluster setup):

  1. Headhunter — #1 priority for mapping. Absolutely insane for wander/bow builds.
  2. Better weapon — 30-40 divine wand
  3. Solid rares — 5-10 div each slot
  4. Nimis — Return projectiles = Fledgling works for bosses too
  5. Forbidden Flesh/Flame — Oath of Spring + Avatar of the Wilds (buffed in 3.28)
  6. Progenesis / Awakened Fork — Lowest priority but still strong

Helmet Options:

  • Fledgling — Best for mapping, Far Shot stacks with Deadeye Far Shot
  • Blizzard Crown — Better for boss damage (close range)
  • Replica Heat Shiver — If you have Oath of Spring forbidden jewels

Important: Fledgling Far Shot DOES stack with Deadeye Far Shot — they're separate modifiers even though same name.

Phase 5: Uber Endgame (50+ divine)

Abyss Jewels — EXTREMELY IMPORTANT:

  • Flat damage is your biggest DPS increase per slot
  • A good 3-mod abyss jewel = 7% more DPS
  • Don't skip abyss jewels!

Lethal Pride:

  • Solve strength requirements
  • Look for 2-3 double damage nodes
  • Can also give frenzy/power charges

Leveling Path

Acts 1-10 Strategy

Recommendation: Level as BOW, swap to KB in maps.

Why not level as wander?

  • Ranger start lacks intelligence
  • Pure wander leveling struggles with attribute requirements
  • Bow leveling is tested, smooth, and proven

Skill Progression:

  • Acts 1-3: Galvanic Arrow / Explosive Arrow / Lightning Arrow
  • Acts 4-7: Continue bow skills
  • Acts 8-10: Continue bow, prepare for KB swap

If Eclipse Solar Graces are cheap, this setup gives massive flat damage:

TL;DR: 5% damage with attacks per 1% light radius above base

Only do this if wands are cheap. In 3.27 they were T1/T2 uniques = expensive.


Mana Management

Common mistakes that cause mana issues:

  1. Leveling Hydrosphere past Level 1 — KEEP AT LEVEL 1
  2. Leveling Tornado past Level 1 — KEEP AT LEVEL 1
  3. No -7 mana cost craft on ring — At least ONE ring must have this
  4. Wrong gem links — Check PoB carefully
